Pros
Very few, honestly none that I can think of.
Cons
The onboarding felt more like a time share seminar than normal onboarding, trying to sell prospective employees on HSA health plans and company recommended banking. Benefits are literally all trash health premiums for PPO are upwards of $800 a month with pay that rarely exceeds $19 an hour even for top techs. Management made outright threats for quarantined employees to return. The entire pay scale is laughable for the entire gamut of skills required to do the jobs effectively. Jobs require exposure to dangerous environments, chemicals, and inclement weather, confined space work. The physical demands range from sitting in a truck and watching gauges to physically shoveling literal tons of material inside heavy PPE. The tools of a lot of jobs require special training and vigilance because they will kill you full stop and entry level will pay you barely more than fast food and top level is barely enough to afford a single bedroom studio.
