Pros
- Forklift training - Mostly workable schedule with other coworkers -Ok medical, dental, and retirement plans -In house discounts on product -Thanksgiving, Christmas, and occasional summer food boxes. - Provides uniforms and jackets.
Cons
- No consistency on when it will be slow or buys - Coworkers causing disruption and dysfunction in the workplace are not reprimanded when they need to be. - 1/2hr lunches - Some salespeople are very ignorant and clearly see you as lessers. - Little to no opportunity to move up inside the company upfront. -No overtime unless in emergency circumstances. -Serious pay cap. - Miscommunication between sales and warehouse is consistent.
