If you enjoy working for a company where senior management yells, screams, curses out employees, sleeps with med crews, makes racial slurs and sexually offensive innuendos about crew members, carries vendettas and has both a narcissistic and Jekkyl and Hyde personality, then this is the place for you!

I have never witnessed a more unprofessional "leader" in my life. A senior member of the company leadership on the aviation side of the house uses a "scorched earth" leadership style where even the most loyal employees will get run over and tossed out if they happen to bruise his fragile ego. Another senior member of the company's leadership team is a former line pilot in the company who was the boyfriend of the pilot involved in the company's fatality accident on Jan 29th 2019. Not one person who works for the company believes his promotion to current position was anything more than the company trying to avoid an additional lawsuit. To go from flying tours in the Grand Canyon, to less than one year in his first HEMS job, to his current position doesn't pass the sniff test. Overall he is a good guy, he's just not qualified, and as such, his direct boss micromanages everything he does. The toxicity is palpable. Pilots are hesitant to bring things up for fear of being yelled at, belittled and having a target placed on their backs. Maintenance is performed on a shoe-string budget, while bases continue to open at break-neck speed. You will not have updated databases on most of your GPS devices, and when you bring it up, you will be told the GPS isn't your primary means of navigation. I encourage anyone reading this to read the NTSB Accident Report and note the tone of the culture of management. I promise you, nothing has changed. To this day, the company refuses to acknowledge they had any part in this tragedy. They pointed the finger at everyone except themselves when the report came out. Vertical Magazine had a very eye opening article about the accident report, which I also encourage you to read. Nearly everything you will read about continues to this day, and senior leaders in the report have since been promoted and are now in greater positions of authority.
