Pros

The people at the bases for the most part are nice and respecrful. They appreciate their work and others as well. The type of work they do is commendable and impacts others especially in times of need.

Cons

The business politics are very strong, no administrative training or support. My addition to the team was never announced. In the office I was completely isolated and excluded from all functions/meetings. Never felt welcomed. There was no communication of issues related to my position. Job offer was verbal, never received in writing, big mistake! I was lied to.
