Pros

I left the organization since I had to move away from the area. It was a great place to work. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors to the leaders are all focused on doing the best thing for our patients. I felt like I belonged to an organization that was doing good things for people.

Cons

Everything is being centralized to the main offices in Sacramento. It made it hard to get help sometimes. It was easier when we controlled things locally.
