Pros
Free pop and coffee, free fruit in cafeteria. Some really decent and fun to work with co workers, depending on the department you're placed in. Free catered lunches for good performance.
Cons
Several people that work here have mental issues they will try to sabotage you and/or your work. Every day is a soap opera of drama, dirty looks and infighting. The abuse starts immediately with the trainer, they treat you like you're a joke and stupid. Management makes promises they don't keep, and don't make any plans to have a life because you'll be on mandatory overtime and weekends all the time, with little to no notice before hand. The culture here is toxic, and they expect you to work like a machine. All they care about is 'numbers' and they will ride you constantly about it, every day.
