Pros
ESOP. Good training for unskilled workers.
Cons
Supervisors with zero experience write your reviews and are in charge of your pay raises. They will fire you for small infractions. They will bully you into working a 24/7 shift. No room for advancement after your initial training. The new health insurance plan they talk-up is a joke. Language barrier between the large amounts of Indians they employ. Unhelpful human resources department.
