      you will get good colleague with lot of technical knowledge

      Cons

      One man show company. Management is egoistic. No growth. Harrasing employees with lot of unnecessary calls just like you are stand in court and they are charging penalty as per their own policies.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
