Swagelok Bombay - Mumbai location Pathetic company to work, ridiculous working culture..typical distributor mentality with high egotistic attitude. Minting money on Swagelok brand image only. No vision.. Second income source is “charging penalties to employees”. They don’t required professionals to work, just “slaves” who satisfy their egos. Company’s Vision : Make profits on Swagelok brand name. Ego is primary, customer secondary & employees..least bother. Company’s Mission : Harassing employees, charge penalties on their hard earned money. Key highlights— - Salary compensation is very less compare to market. They propose you good offer, but at the time actual paying they cut down your money under various management discretion..which they won’t even tell you what exactly is !! - Upper management is useless - No mentors - Actual work is not at all relates to your job profile for which you have hired. - Harassment of employees is the top most mission of the company. - Don’t let you even exit peacefully. Holding back your hard earned money (delay in F&F) and on top of it.. cut the money under the nonsense penalty clauses. - Relieving & experience letters won’t provide you on time. No ethics to follow..in letters, they write whatever they want to.. No actual relevance. Don’t even replied when you raise the objection. - No vision to grow.. in turn they won’t let you grow. *** Don’t fall into this trap……career, life will be hell here..
