Work life balance even though they went from 58 hrs to 50 hrs it is still challenging to have a work life balance. The pay is not that great the merits need to increase. Vacation time could be better. Supervisors could be better at leadership most of the supervisors are veterans and still think there in the military and Treat there pers like under class man They need to understand they are in a civilian role now and should not speak to there pers this way.this has people wanting to leave or leaving
