      Great people who really want to do the best for the company Great products

      Cons

      Socialize all decisions slowing the decision process. Very little empowerment to mid level managers to truly manage budgets and make decisions for departments.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
