Pros
Good pay for the position, and always has OT available and up to salary level 10 gets paid OT. Good focus on new associate retainment by increasing pay and benefits for associates with < 5 years. Good focus on development and cross training.
Cons
Not increasing benefits for long term associates (10 years +) to match what others received. Benefits are expensive, and there is no sick pay, you must use your PTO if you are sick. Management claims to uphold company values but actually uses them as a weapon to hold associates accountable.
