OK company -- Just like the rest - Anonymous employee Swagelok Employee Review

At one time this was a very elite company with great perks and benefits that made it a privilege to work here. Now, it's just your run of the mill manufacturing facility. They value engineers over all else so unless you have an engineering degree then you won't advance at all. They post positions however everything is pretty much already spoken and they are only posting to say they abide by the rules. You can look around very quickly and determine who will advance and who will not. It's still an old boys club.
