      People and culture make it a wonderful place to work

      Cons

      Slowly changing from a company that supports manufacturing to one focused on the wrong things. Hiring too many external people with not enough development within which will cause the culture to slowly slip from the family feel it currently has.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
