      Clean safe environment. Emphasis on hiring amiable people.

      Cons

      Down grade of culture since trust expired in 2020. Do not really value all employees. Low emphasis on technical ability.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
