      Great job, family y working atmosphere, uniforms and great benefits

      Cons

      Didn't take my situation and concerns at hand.i made parts for IV used in hospital and I was not mentally stable to be comfortable with the responsibility during my family crisis

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
