      Pros

      Respect for each other. Starting on my first connection with Swagelok, I felt respected. This has held true thru all of my interactions during my tenure there.

      Cons

      None at this time. Free Bagels and Free Pepsi products onsite daily is not to be complained about.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
