      The buildings are very clean and very safe

      Cons

      Not many benefits offered to employees. Pay, PTO, and other benefits are the basic standards for any company and nothing stands out.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
