      Pros

      Good and helpful people. It's a good company to retire. Lot of talented employees. Good benefits package. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Priorities change every minute. Lot of red tape around things. Pay more to your employees. Ask for paystub from the previous company.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
