Pros
Swagelok is a very nice place to work. It's full of great people at every level, and strongly committed to quality. Many people have spent their entire careers there.
Cons
There is a huge disparity between tenures. Those who started right out of college are still there 20-30 years later. Those who are hired mid-career are a revolving door. It's easily the most political company I've ever known. And the politics are fickle, so don't waste time trying to figure them out.
