Pros
Great brand training. Teaches you a lot about the retail environment. Brand is recognized globally looks good on a resume.
Cons
Everything else. The pay is ridiculous. They are a smart company in the way that they call everyone brand ambassadors. So part time sales associates are able to open and close the store alone, and take returns. Pretty much everyone does a floor supervisor position for cheap. Product has gone over hill over time.
