Swarthmore Colllege offers a stimulating intellectual community, a relaxed work environment and a great work life balance.
Cons
There was limited room for professional growth as well as an inability to address administrative, employment or operational issues in a practical and effective manner. Your success at this institution, like most places, appears to be directly related to your senior manager in your department. Unfortunately, like many places all managers are not created equal.
