Pros

- workload is pretty light - work's enjoyable--it's fun to teach younger students, and you cement your own knowledge of the material

Cons

- the pay is decent for students, but you can make more doing part time work NOT directly for the school - job is over at the end of the semester

Pros

The staff is incredibly fortunate to be able to work with such a smart student body and alumni community.

Cons

Overall staff size is small, making upward movement difficult, but if you know that going in, you can still get a lot from the work experience. On the downside, with a smallish staff, poor managers can wreak havoc.
