—Supervisors accommodating of real-life situations, patient in teaching one how to do something, kind and relaxed —Structured environment with flexibility (You know what you need to do upon coming in for your shifts) —If not too busy, you can study while you're assigned to one of the two customer-facing desks.

Cons

–Strict on ensuring that your shifts are covered, either by you or by someone else who accepts a shift you gave up

The staff is incredibly fortunate to be able to work with such a smart student body and alumni community.

Cons

Overall staff size is small, making upward movement difficult, but if you know that going in, you can still get a lot from the work experience. On the downside, with a smallish staff, poor managers can wreak havoc.
