Pros
This job is basically like being a lifeguard at a neighborhood pool... you just sit there all day doing nothing with the occasional trip to the wall to sell a watch... it's easy.
Cons
The upper management especially "regionals" are a joke. Who runs this company? Corporate is unorganized and filled with people who don't know how to respond to an email... seems like the corporate in Miami is more of a party scene than a work place. People are leaving... turnover is insane.
