Pros
A more niche product so the demands on sales associates are not obscenely over the top.
Cons
I was expected to perform tasks outside of my paid work time (unpaid 7am store meetings, commuting to other stores to assist, etc). They also didn’t respect basic human needs and dignity at the store level.
