This is a good opportunity to help kids build relationships and have the chance to be a fully functioning member of society. The staff here is very supportive of each other and there is opportunity for advancement. Many opportunities for training.
Cons
The salaries could be higher, but everyone got a huge raise recently. Direct care positions can be a bit dangerous due to the nature of the work.
