Pros

I loved working with the children and enjoyed being able to really partake in the therapeutic process. I learned a lot simply from my interactions with the kiddos.

Cons

Management is certainly lacking in many capacities. Staff is ill equipped for dangerous situations. Children’s best interest is not always in mind when making tough choices particularly about staffing and ratio.
