Pros

A few good men (and woman supervisor and assistant supervisor); most meals with clients (food provided).

Cons

Co-workers clique together and will collectively make false reports, these are "investigated" with the most popular winning. Kids are very dangerous at times and being understaffed or WAY under-trained jeopardizes both the clients AND the staff. Broken noses, concussions, bites are common - and while you will get to have some sort of medical treatment you essentially sign away your right to prosecute when it is completely intentional. You risk your own safety (and vehicles) any time you are on hill (grounds). In the end - be it quit or fired - HR will not honor any agreements or will short you weeks of ET. Benefits are very high cost (for a decent plan). My best advise - go work anywhere else.
