Professionals Beware - Anonymous employee Swift Supply Employee Review

Benefits suck, PTO sucks, pay sucks, management is a joke, no job descriptions, no policies and procedures, no training, no annual increases, no help from management and no accountability (management will blame you for everything). Management does not listen to or value employees. It's a hostile environment with high turnover (85% while I was there) for a reason... bad management. So untrusting, management monitors emails and abuses video recording privileges to bully employees (stalk them and call them to see why they are "ordering furniture"). Management lies, blames and is MIA when questions regarding policies and procedures are asked.
