      Remote environment, some encouraging leaders, positive direct teammates.

      Cons

      The company has consistent layoffs and “restructuring” every single year. They hire too many people, with absolutely no job security. Original leadership was abysmal, and new leadership has not been much better. Overpay some, and underpay others.

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
