      Not enough assignments available, and with only few job offerings one bad feedback can take you off the 'priority' list, and then you cannot increase your sub rating to get jobs again. Also, there is little ability to communicate with staff. Other staffing agencies pay more as well.

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
