      Pros

      Online support is good, the follow up is professional. Entering my hours through ADP is easy too.

      Cons

      The pay can be insultingly low for an educator, and some assignments pay less than unskilled, entry level labor. The lowest wages, in fact, are from affluent private schools here in San Mateo County (SF Bay Area). Concerns here are echoed by others in that there's not enough work to justify full time availability.

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
