Overall company has a limited customer base and limited product range making it easy to get familiar with company.

Cons

Its a European company operating in the US and does not value US entity. All policies and procedures are very favorable to EU teams but treat us teams like dogs. Extremely chaotic.

Lack of women in leadership of any kind Management is insular and does not back up their employees No career path from within
