- It pays relatively well compared to the other entry level jobs - Can truly help you develop as a professional if you take the opportunities it gives - You can rise quickly
Cons
- For the work you do, once you climb up in the ranks a little, you don't get paid nearly enough. As someone who is in charge of making sure the airplane was properly in balance for its take off, I would get paid $2 more than a check-in counter person. - Once you get to a certain level you'll plateau - It can get routine and boring
