      Pros

      I enjoyed working outdoors instead of in an office. Driving on the ramp with the aircraft, moving cargo around JFK at fast pace is challenging and fun

      Cons

      Supervision is hostile if they fear your intelligence, education as a threat. Tribalism, favoritism within a certain ethnic group, which the supervisor belongs to, kills morale.
