Pros

Before your first interview they do accommodate to your schedule so if you are in school let them know your schedule ahead of time. Also once you go in its nice and the airline I worked for were mostly nice. And pay is good if it's your first job and you are still living with parents.

Cons

Human Resources was a joke. Would not help me and had terrible attitudes and most tell you one thing while someone else tells you another. There is also a lot of work you have to put into this job and feels like you should get more benefits for it or higher pay. Once you do give in your schedule it could be hard to change it. It's hard to have a break from work and school because if there is a delay you have to stay if it's Passenger service. When I quit due to the fact that I was moving I asked many times if I should give them my new address for my final pay and management and human resources told me it's still through direct deposit. Guess what? They came to my old address and I had to tell a neighbor to mail it to me.

Pros

There is a sense of family culture at the airside level, and that was one of the few genuinely positive parts of the experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, the overall environment was overshadowed by micromanagement and a culture where communication often felt dishonest. There were situations where it seemed like management claimed conversations or warnings had happened when they had not, only to move quickly to write employees up. The lack of consistency and trust made the workplace frustrating and difficult to navigate. There also seemed to be high turnover, along with very little clear direction or path for growth. On top of that, some business practices came across as focused on avoiding providing proper benefits, which left a negative impression.
