      Make as much money as you want to! You are paid directly on your contribution to the company. Very supportive leadership team with amazing training and guidance.

      Cons

      Quick changes are made which can be a good and bad thing. Not a lot of red tape.

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
