Cons

Very little development opportunity Micromanaging started to be bigger and bigger Unclear recruitment process Constantly changing processes that are still not working Site set in their ways of working and not really open to change that.

There were little to no pros. This place is a nightmare. The management is the lowest you can find.

Cons

Everything. This place is completely upside down.
