      Workdays start late and end late, makes errands during the week impossible Workweeks are 6 days a week on average Very limited compensation for sales Growing company means lots of changes, lots of rough edges, lots of gray area in the day-to-day Training can be ambiguous, both virtual and in-person

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
