      Loved working with students and seeing their progress. the curriculum has little freedom but it really does work.

      Cons

      Hard as a tutor not being able to talk directly with parents and share observations about their students.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
