      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful teachers, parents, and children.

      Cons

      The company literally drains the life out of their employees. I have never worked with a more stressed out group of people. There was no such thing as a 3 day weekend. Employees are lucky to have Christmas and Thanksgiving off. It's all about sales with a minor in education.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
