      Pros

      Benefits of the job is working with kids. Some of the parents are nice but there’s more headache parents too.

      Cons

      No quality of life. The hrs required to work are horrible along with the pay. Doesn’t pay for the amount work they demand. Directors 42-48k Teacher 11-15 admin 10-11

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
