Instructor - Anonymous employee Sylvan Learning Centers Employee Review

I am furious about how I was treated. The pay was low, there was no time to review material, and I was not allowed to solve my own problems. Management did not have everything set up and ready to go as promised and I did not have time to set the group up myself. The classroom had up 20 students and two instuctors teaching at the same time. My supervisor told me to do things in a way that was different from what the training said I should be doing. It was impossible for me to hear or be heard. I was replaced after 3 or 4 weeks.
