Don't bother with upper management - Center Director Sylvan Learning Centers Employee Review

ARE upper management does not know what they are doing, everything is a reaction, there is no planning for anything. Things that were working are thrown out, and replaced by things that definitely don't work. They are so focused on driving enrollments there aren't even enough teachers to support the student in most centers. All centers are missing or severely lacking in supplies. They are going through and firing anyone and everyone as soon as the smallest things happen, and the new people they do bring in are never trained, much less are certified Center directors through Sylvan. Horrible environment, even tutors and the curriculum managers (previously Directors of education) notice and are worried.
