      Learned a lot about sales, marketing and management. Getting to work with kids and positively change lives was rewarding

      The pay was not as good as it could be, and autonomy was not really encouraged.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
