      Pros

      I learned a lot about teaching and testing. They liked to promote within the company, so there was room for growth, especially if you wanted to work on the business/managerial side.

      Cons

      Some of the teaching materials felt out of date. Students now need more multi-sensory engagement. Hourly rates for teachers were quite low.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
