Pros
The con here is that it is really quite refreshing and fun (for teachers) to work with students on such an intimate and small group basis. This is the only pro of working for this organization. I am pretty sure the majority of the "glowing reviews" on this board are from insiders who have been incentivized to write them.
Cons
Whoever thought up this business concept was pretty ingenious; I'll give them that. Take one "pro" (the above mentioned) and turn this into a way of sucking gullible, giving, nice, underemployed, well educated people into working for $13/ hour after they have spent thousands of dollars on an education and professional certifications. In exchange, you get a crappy sporadic work schedule, no respect from management and/ or the owner (who, incidentally, is the only person making money off this arrangement), overbooked nights and weekends and enough bitterness to last for months depending on how long it takes you to realize that you, teacher, are a great big sucker with a capital "S" who exists to build your owner's retirement plan.
