      The job itself is rewarding. Working with parents and children to make a difference is a great feeling.

      Cons

      Upper management is constantly arguing and talking over each other during meetings. Very little thanks for a very demanding job. Passive-aggressive and inflammatory management styles will have you reeling. Little to no opportunity for advancement

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
