      Pros

      Making a difference in children's lives and instilling a love of learning in them. We love making school easier for them and boosting their confidence.

      Cons

      There is a lot of behind the scenes work done to get personalized lessons ready for the students and some students are poorly behaved and we are not really allowed to discipline them.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
